1. Admin and Finance Manager (1)

Location: Buha Media HQ Kasulu Town, Kigoma Region

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Admin and Finance Manager to oversee our administrative operations and financial planning. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

-          Oversee daily administrative operations.

-          Manage financial planning, budgeting, and reporting.

-          Manage marketing department

-          Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.

-          Develop and implement policies and procedures.

-          Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.

-          Supervise administrative and financial staff.

 

Qualifications:

-          Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.

-          Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in finance and administration.

-          Strong knowledge of financial management and accounting principles.

-          Excellent leadership and organizational skills.

-          Proficient in financial software and MS Office Suite.

2. Reporters/Freelancers (13)

Job Description:

We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Reporters to cover news stories and deliver accurate and timely reports. The ideal candidates will have a keen eye for detail and a passion for uncovering the truth on current affairs stories and radio programs that touch cross cross-border issues

Key Responsibilities:

-          Research and report on news stories.

-          Conduct interviews and gather information.

-          Write clear, concise, and engaging articles.

-          Collaborate with editors and other reporters.

-          Maintain a network of contacts and sources.

Qualifications:

-          Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Communications, or a related field.

-          Minimum of 2 years of reporting experience.

-          Strong writing and research skills.

-          Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

-          Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

3. ICT  (1)

Location: Buha HQ

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced ICT Manager to oversee our IT operations and ensure the effective use of technology throughout the organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and excellent project management skills.

-          Manage IT infrastructure and operations.

-          Develop and implement IT policies and procedures.

-          Oversee IT projects and ensure timely completion.

-          Manage online broadcast and social media

-          Manage IT budget and resources.

-          Ensure data security and compliance with relevant regulations.

-          Provide technical support and training to staff.

Qualifications:

4. Radio Technician (1)

Job Description

The Radio Technician will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of radio communication systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

-          Install and maintain radio communication equipment and systems.

-          Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance of radio systems.

-          Diagnose and repair malfunctions in radio equipment.

-          Perform testing and tuning of radio equipment to ensure optimal performance.

-          Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair activities.

-          Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operation of communication systems.
